We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are in original condition.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Swimwear must have hygiene strips intact
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Swimwear with removed hygiene strips
- Items purchased with final sale discounts (marked as such)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned after 30 days

Exchange Notes
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference
- Expedited exchanges available for $25 (new item ships before return received)
- Out-of-stock items can be backordered or fully refunded
Defective Item Policy
If you receive a defective item, we'll provide a prepaid return label and priority replacement at no cost to you. Contact us immediately for the fastest resolution.
